Return costs are your responsibility.
After notifying us of your wish to withdraw, please drop off your package at a post office within 14 days maximum* at:

*If the deadline is exceeded, it will no longer be possible for us to make a refund, however within 30 days you will benefit from a credit note equal to the amount of your purchase excluding the original shipping costs and return costs. (on client fee). If the product does not conform to its description, you have a period of 2 years to return it to us.

4. You are reimbursed!
We can withhold reimbursement until we have received the products or until you have provided proof of shipment of the products. We keep the date of what you did first. Reimbursement will be made on the same payment methods used when purchasing the products.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed. You will have to bear the costs of returning the products. Your liability is only engaged with regard to the depreciation of the property resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of this property.
